The Moonstone Wrist Mala is used by yoga practitioners for the recitation of mantras in daily practice and also in retreat. Gemstone Malas are also worn as bracelets bring the blessing of the vibrations of the stone into the body's energy circuit. This wrist mala contains 21-24 beads.

Sizing Guide
For a frame of reference, a dime is about 18 millimeters. 8 millimeters is a good size for the average wrist. 6 millimeters are usually preferred by women. And10 millimeters are for those that have an average male wrist size but like the look of bigger beads; or for those with above average wrist sizes.
